- Inspect the control solenoid valve assembly connectors and the 8 electrical connector pins for the following conditions:
- Damage
- Bent pins
- Debris
- Broken retaining tab
- Contamination
- Ensure no metallic debris is inside the connectors near the terminal pins.
- Inspect the control solenoid valve assembly solenoid leads for contamination or metallic debris.
- Inspect the control solenoid valve assembly filter plate and retaining tabs for cracks and ensure proper tension when a new filter plate is attached.
