Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Install

NOTE: Install a NEW gasket.
Intake Manifold (1) - Install
Intake Manifold Bolt - Install [7x]

NOTE: Simplified graphic: Intake manifold is shown without intake manifold cover absorber.
Intake Manifold Bolt - Tighten in sequence [7x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
CAUTION: Fastener Caution
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Intake Manifold Brace (1) - Install

Intake Manifold Brace Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Throttle Body Assembly Replacement - Install
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) @ Intake Manifold - Connect

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Fuel Heater Return Hose)Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Intake Manifold)
Connect the electrical connectors. (1)

Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe (2) - Connect Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Clip the engine wiring harness retainer (3) to the intake manifold.
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement - Install
Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Install
