Power Brake Booster Pump Installation

Special Tools

EN-45059 Angle Meter

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Install the power brake booster pump gasket.

Install the power brake booster pump (2).
Install the 4 NEW power brake booster pump bolts (1) and tighten a first pass to 5 N.m (45 lb in).
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

CAUTION: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution .
Tighten the 4 NEW brake booster pump bolts a final pass to an additional 50 degrees, using the EN-45059 meter.
