Installation Procedure

  1. Install the parking brake lever (2).

  2. Install the parking brake lever nut (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the parking brake indicator switch. Refer to Parking Brake Indicator Switch Replacement .
  4. Hook in the parking brake cable (1) to the parking brake lever (2).

  5. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement .
