Front Bumper Lower Fascia Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Base, RS, SS) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (ZL1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Z28) .
  2. Remove the front bumper energy absorber. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement (Base, RS, SS) Front Bumper Fascia Energy Absorber Replacement (ZL1) .
  3. Place the front bumper lower fascia down on a clean protected surface.
1 Front Bumper Lower Fascia Screw (Qty: 21)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Front Bumper Lower Fascia Retainer (Qty: 2)
3 Front Bumper Lower Fascia

Procedure

  1. Release the front bumper lower fascia by carefully pushing a thin nylon wedge between the edge of the front fascia and the front bumper lower fascia and releasing the retainers while pulling on the front bumper lower fascia at the same time to gradually release the front bumper lower fascia from the front fascia.
  2. Transfer parts as needed.
