Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia opening lower cover. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Opening Lower Cover Replacement
  3. Remove the front wheelhouse liner inner front extension. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Left SIde) , Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Right Side, LUV) , Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Right SIde, LWE, LUW)
    4. Fig 1: Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose & Nut

  4. Remove the trans fluid cooler nut.
  5. Remove and unclip the trans fluid cooler hose from the transmission.

  6. Remove the transmission fluid cooler hose from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection 
  7. Unclip the transmission fluid cooler hose from fan shroud and remove from vehicle.
