Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear end spoiler. Refer to Rear End Spoiler Replacement , Rear End Spoiler Replacement (ZL1) .
1	Rear End Spoiler Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Remove caps from each end of the high mount stop lamp to access bolts.
2	High Mount Stop Lamp Procedures Using a suitable flat bladed plastic tool separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler. Disconnect the electrical harness connector and feed through rear end spoiler to fully separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler. Clean area with a 50/50 solution by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water. Dry area with a clean lint-free cloth.

CAUTION:

Remove caps from each end of the high mount stop lamp to access bolts.

Procedures

Using a suitable flat bladed plastic tool separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler.
Disconnect the electrical harness connector and feed through rear end spoiler to fully separate high mount stop lamp from rear end spoiler.
Clean area with a 50/50 solution by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water.
Dry area with a clean lint-free cloth.
