Preliminary Procedures
- Remove the rear compartment lid carpet. Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Carpet Replacement (Coupe)

- The part and surface should be 21°C (70°F) prior to installation.

Rear End Spoiler Procedures
- Using a suitable flat bladed plastic tool separate rear end spoiler from rear compartment lid while releasing retainers and tape.
- Clean area with a 50/50 solution by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water.
- Dry with a clean lint-free cloth.
- The vehicle should remain 21°C (70°F) for 1 hour after assembly to allow adhesive to develop sufficient bond strength.
