Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (60%)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Move the seat to the Smart Slide® E-Z entry position.
  2. Remove the rear seat cushion trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Assembly Replacement - Inboard (60%) , or Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Assembly Replacement - Outboard (60%) .
  3. Remove the rear seat cushion trim panel assembly. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement - Inner Inboard .
  4. Remove the rear seat adjuster handle. Refer to Rear Seat Adjuster Handle Replacement (60%) .
  5. Remove the rear seat cushion front cover. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Front Cover Replacement .

Procedure

  1. Disengage the seat cushion cover j-channel from the seat cushion frame.
  2. Remove the hog rings that retain the rear of the seat cushion cover to the frame.
  3. Disconnect the rear seat latch cables.
  4. Remove the rear seat cushion cover and pad as an assembly.

Procedure

  1. Disengage the hog rings retaining the cover to the pad.
  2. Separate the seat cushion cover from the pad.
