Rear Seat Back Cushion Stowage Latch Actuator Replacement (40%)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Removal and Installation (40%) .
  2. Remove the rear seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (40% with Armrest) Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (40% without Armrest) .
1 Rear Seat Screw
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2 N.m (18 lb in)
2 Rear Seat Back Cushion Stowage Latch Actuator

Procedure

  • Disconnect the cable and note the cable routing for installation.
  • The stowage latch actuator housing must be located over the latch release handle cable.
  • The white area of the cable must fit into the seat back frame hooks.
