Rear Seat Adjuster Replacement (60%)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Removal and Installation (60%) .
  2. Remove the rear seat back cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
  3. Remove the rear seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (60%) .
1 Rear Seat Adjuster Bolt (Qty: 10)
WARNING:

Do not loosen or remove any of the bolts on the rear seat adjuster. Loosening or removing these bolts will unsynchronize the seat tracks which could cause personal injury.

2 Rear Seat Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
3 Rear Seat Cushion Frame Assembly
Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Frame Replacement (60%) .
4 Rear Seat Bolt
Tighten 
28 N.m (21 lb ft)
5 Rear Seat Bolt
Tighten 
28 N.m (21 lb ft)
6 Rear Seat Bolt (Qty:2)
Tighten 
45 N.m (33 lb ft)
7 Rear Seat Back Cushion Frame Assembly
Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Frame Replacement (60%) .
8 Rear Seat Adjuster Assembly
