Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LLT Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) . Remove the rear intake manifold cover.Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Rear Remove the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Pipe Replacement (LLT) . Remove the fuel pipe shield. Refer to Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement . Disconnect the Heater inlet and outer hoses from the heater inlet and outlet pipe.
1	Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten: 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
3	Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Procedure: Install a NEW gasket and seal.
