Radiator Outlet Pipe Replacement (LLT)

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LLT Static Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) . Remove the intake manifold cover. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater pipes and set aside. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose and set aside.
1	Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 58 N.m (42 lb ft)
2	Bolt Tighten: 58 N.m (42 lb ft)
3	Radiator Outlet Pipe Clip
4	Radiator Outlet Pipe Procedure: Discard and install a NEW Seal.
