Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
1	Cushion Assembly, Rear Seat Tip: Remove the rear seat cushion rail by pulling up to release. Remove the rear seat belt buckles. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement (Impala with AM9) or Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement (Impala without AM9) or Rear Seat Belt Buckle Replacement (Monte Carlo) . Remove the bolts that retain the rear of the seat cushion. Pull up on the front of the seat cushion to disengage the integral retainers, and lift out of the vehicle.

Tip:
