Removal Procedure

  1. Open the sliding door in order to gain access to the center roller bracket pin.
  2. Support the rear of the sliding door.
  3. Remove the pin from the center roller bracket.
  4. Position the center roller bracket to the front radius of the sliding door center track.
  5. Remove the left or right rear quarter trim. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER in Interior Trim.
  6. Release cable tension. Refer to CABLE TENSION ADJUSTMENT - SLIDING DOOR (REGULAR METHOD)  or CABLE TENSION ADJUSTMENT - SLIDING DOOR (ALTERNATE METHOD)  or CABLE TENSION ADJUSTMENT - SLIDING DOOR (WITH RPO E59)  .

  7. Lift the center roller bracket upwards and remove the bracket from the center track.

  8. Detach the cable ends (power sliding door only).
