Removal Procedure
WARNING:
- Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
- Without draining the coolant and without disconnecting the hoses, position aside the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LSY)
Right Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect
- Plug the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) outlet port to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Clip (1) - Release
- Clip (2) - Release
- Front Tire and Wheel Assembly - Remove - Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Clip (1) - Release
- Brake Pipe Fitting (2) @ Brake Hose - Disconnect
- Cap the brake hose to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Brake Pipe (3) - Remove
