Installation Procedure
Brake Pipe (1) - Install
- Brake Pipe Fitting (2) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure
Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure
Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure
Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle (1) - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement
- Remove the plug from the brake master cylinder outlet port.
Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Secure
- Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LSY)
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (With JEO)
- Check for brake system leaks.
