Installation Procedure

    Brake Pipe (2) - Install

  2. Remove the cap from the brake hose.
    3. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Hose - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

    Clip (1) @ Side Rail - Secure

  5. Lower the vehicle.

    Left Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

  7. Remove the plug from the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) outlet port.
  8. Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LSY)
  9. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (With JEO) 
  10. Check for leaks.
  11. Tire and Wheel Assembly - Install - Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
