Installation Procedure

    Brake Pipe (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  3. Lower the vehicle.

    Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Secure

  5. Remove the plug from the BPMV.
  6. Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  7. Reposition and install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LSY)
  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  9. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure without JEO) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (With JEO) 
  10. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  11. Check for brake system leaks.
