Installation Procedure

  1. Apply a bead of sealer to the plenum front panel.

    Plenum Front Panel (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Plenum Front Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. Plenum Front Panel Nut (2) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  5. Install the windshield wiper motor harness (3) to the plenum front panel.

    Plenum Front Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 4x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  7. Plenum Front Panel Nut (2) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  8. Install the ambient air quality sensor harness (3) to the plenum front panel.
  9. Windshield Wiper Transmission (2) - Install - Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement
  10. Air Inlet Deflector Water Deflector - Install - Air Inlet Deflector Water Deflector Replacement
  11. Air Inlet Grille Panel - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement

    Install the left and right side front compartment side sight shield (2). Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement
