Installation Procedure

    Front Compartment Front Panel (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the 3 left side upper front compartment front panel bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install the 5 left side lower front compartment front panel bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install the 3 right side upper front compartment front panel bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install the 5 right side lower front compartment front panel bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  6. Position the wiring harness.

    Transmission Control Module Bracket(2) - Install - Transmission Control Module Bracket Replacement

    Engine Control Module Bracket(1) - Install - Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement

  9. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement

    Battery Negative Cable Ground Terminal (2) - Install

  11. Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt(1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install [2x]

  13. Forward Lamp Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Engine Wire Harness Ground Terminal (2) - Install

  15. Engine Wire Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) - Install Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

    Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle(1) - Install - Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle Replacement (LSY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side(2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LGY, LSY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side(3) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LGY, LSY)

    Front Fender Front Brace(3) - Install - Front Fender Front Brace Replacement 

  23. Install both front headlamps. Front Headlamp Replacement (With T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Without T87) , or Front Headlamp Replacement (Blackwing)

    Intake Air Duct(1) - Install - Intake Air Duct Replacement

    Install the front end sheet metal cross brace at the impact bar. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Impact Bar Bracket) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum without Blackwing) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum with Blackwing)

    Front Bumper Impact Bar(3) - Install - Front Bumper Impact Bar Replacement (LSY)

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Support(3) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement

    Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Replacement (Without Radar) , or Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Replacement (With Radar)

  29. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt(1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  30. { If equipped }Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the left and right side front wheelhouse panels (3). Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Blackwing)

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
