Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the instrument panel side trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Side Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the instrument panel molding - passenger side. Refer to Instrument Panel Molding Replacement - Passenger Side .
3. Remove the front floor console front ashtray. Refer to Front Floor Console Front Ashtray Replacement .

Procedure

1. Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retainers securing the trim panel to the instrument panel assembly.
2. Disconnect the electrical connection.
3. When installing, first align the tab on the inner side of the panel near the bottom and then secure the retainers to the instrument panel assembly.
