Preliminary Procedures Remove the front side door window belt reveal molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Replacement . It is only necessary to reposition the front side door weatherstrip. Only do those steps in the procedure that will remove the weatherstrip enough to gain access to the screw. Refer to Front Side Door Weatherstrip Replacement - Door Side .
1	Front Side Door Window Frame Cover Screw CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Use HAND TOOLS ONLY when tightening the fastener. Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2	Front Side Door Window Frame Cover Use a suitable tool, remove the frame cover from the vehicle. Use a solution of 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and water to clean the adhesive surface. Peel the protective film from the foam tape and apply the tape to the latch cover. Peel the protective film from the foam tape and insert the latch cover to the vehicle.
