Preliminary Procedures Remove the charge air cooler inlet hose - charge air cooler side. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Hose Replacement (Turbocharger) . Detach the ECM from the battery tray. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement . Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) . Remove the transmission oil cooler outlet pipe from the transmission and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (2.0L LHU) . Remove the transmission oil cooler inlet pipe from the transmission and reposition. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (2.0L LHU) .
1	Radiator Surge Tank Engine Hose
2	Radiator Outlet Hose
3	Engine Oil Cooler Core Fastener (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4	Engine Oil Cooler
5	Engine Oil Cooler Seal Ring (Qty: 2) Procedure DISCARD the seal rings and use only NEW.
