Head Restraint Replacement
1	Restraint, Head Rest Tip: Use J 39509 Headrest Removal Tool to aid in the removal. See Special Tools .
Seat Belt Exit Bezel Replacement
2	Bezel, Seat Belt Exit Tip: Grasp the bezel and pull upward to remove.
Seat Back Trim Panel Replacement Preliminary Procedure Remove the closeout hinge panel. Refer to Close Out Hinge Panel, Cushion Cover Shield and Riser Hook Cover Replacement - Left Side - Rear No 2 or Close Out Hinge Panel, Cushion Cover Shield and Riser Hook Cover Replacement - Right Side - Rear No 2 . Remove the screws from the seat back release handle. Refer to Head Restraint Mechanism, Handle and Seat Back Latch Release Replacement - Rear No 2 .
3	Bezel, Closeout Trim
4	Retainer, Seat Back Trim (Qty: 1)
5	Panel, Seat Back Trim Tip: Feed the seat back release handle though the opening in the seat back trim panel.
6	Retainers, Seat Back Trim (Qty: 8)
