Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary. Refer to Oil Pan Assemble .
    2. Fig 1: Locating Oil Pan

  2. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation .
  3. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the A/C compressor with the hoses to the engine. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Installation .
  5. Install the engine to the transmission and frame and install the assembled powertrain module to the vehicle. Refer to Engine Replacement .
