Installing crash lever

• Replace the cage nut (1).

  Parts:  Cage nut

• Position the tension strut and crash lever (2) on the front subframe.
• Replace the screw (1).

  Parts:  Screw

• Feed in screw (1) and tighten hand-tight.

  The screw connection is tightened later in NORMAL POSITION .

Follow-up work 

• Refer to MEASURING THE RIDE HEIGHT OF THE FRONT AXLE AND ADJUSTING THE NORMAL POSITION .
• Refer to TIGHTENING THE SCREW CONNECTION OF THE TENSION STRUT ON THE FRONT SUBFRAME .
• Refer to INSTALLING BOTTOM FRONT COVER FROM THE SIDE .
• Refer to INSTALLING FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
