Installing the power distribution box for the positive battery cables at the rear

- Lines are allowed to have only one repair area.
- Notices in the diagnostic system circuit diagrams must be observed.
- When components are replaced, the notices in the applicable BMW parts catalogue must be observed.
- Position the power distribution (4) correctly and tighten the nuts (5).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

| Plastic nut | Tightening torque | 2.6 Nm |
- Connect connectors (3) and lock.
- Position the positive battery cables at the rear and tighten the nuts (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

| Positive pole screw | tightening torque | 15 Nm |
- Close the cover (1).
