NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses .
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions .

Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.

Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (1) for the sensor system 1.

Secure the clamps (arrows).

Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (3) for the sensor system 1 in the holder (2) .
Secure clamp (arrow).
Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Feed in and install the engine wiring harness (2) for the sensor system 1.
Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Cable bracket on rear cylinder head/transmission
M6 x 20	tightening torque	8 Nm

Guide in the wiring harness section (2) and install.
Make sure that the lock (arrow) engages correctly.
Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Cable bracket on rear cylinder head/transmission
M6 x 20	tightening torque	8 Nm

Feed in and install the electrical auxiliary coolant pump (2) .
Tighten nut (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Electric coolant pump to holder
