Installing support for front bumper cover

• Guide in the support for the front bumper cover (3) with the bottom deformation elements.
• Connect associated connector.
• Replace screws (1).

  Parts:  Screws

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Front bumper bracket to engine mount
  Hexagon screw with flange Replace screw	Tightening torque	100 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	180°

• Tighten down screws (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Hood lock support to support for bumper cover and/or to top rear cross connection
  M8x25	Tightening torque	19 Nm
  Torx bolt	Tightening torque	19 Nm
  Hexagon screw M8	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Correctly position engine oil cooler (2).
• Engage the engine oil cooler (2) upwards at the snap-in lugs (1).

• Secure the engine oil cooler (2) from falling down.
• Tighten down screws (1).

• Insert and install air duct (1).
• Slide the air duct (1) into the guide (2) from above.

• Install the cover (2) and tighten the bolts (1).

  Cover panel on support

• Install the expanding rivet (2).
• Replace screws (1).

• Tighten down screw (1).

  Front reinforcement strut
  screw Replace screws.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Fold down the trim panel (1) and hook it into the guide at the lever (2) facing to the front.
• If necessary, clip the associated grille into the trim panel (1).

• Install the air inlet (1) and engage the detents (2).

• Check impact absorber (2) for damage.

  Replace damaged impact absorber (2).

• First attach the impact absorber (2) at the bottom, then press it in at the top.
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.
