Install the air duct on the coolant radiator

• Insert the air duct (2).
• Mount the expanding rivets (1).

• Feed in the reinforcement strut (2) and position.
• Tighten down screws (1).

  Front reinforcement strut
  screw Replace screws.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Thread in air duct (1) and install.
• Slide the air routing (1) into the guide (2) from above.

• Install the cover (2) and tighten the bolts (1).

  Cover panel on support
  screw	Tightening torque	3 Nm

• Install the expanding rivet (2).
• Replace the screw (1).

• Fold down the trim panel (1) and hook it into the guide at the lever (2) facing to the front.

• Install the air inlet (1) and engage the detents (2).

• Replace the impact absorber (2).

  Parts:  Impact absorber

  Impact absorber (2) must not be reused,

• First attach the impact absorber (2) at the bottom, then press it in at the top,
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.
