Install brake booster (vehicles with manual transmission)

• Guide the brake booster (1) into the firewall.

• Install the nuts (1) and tighten.
• Replace nuts.

  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake booster to pedal assembly console
  M8 Retighten 1x on brake booster after 10 min. Replace nuts.	tightening torque	22 Nm

• Lock brake pedal (1) in place in the arrow direction with the brake booster.

  Ensure that the brake pedal is completely locked with the brake booster!

• Install the check valve (1) in the brake booster in the arrow direction.

• Install air duct (1).

• Refer to CONNECTING THE BLEEDER UNIT FOR THE BRAKE FLUID .
• Refer to FLUSH AND VENTING THE REAR AXLE BRAKE CIRCUIT .
• Refer to FLUSHING AND BLEEDING THE FRONT AXLE BRAKE CIRCUIT .
• Refer to FLUSH AND BLEEDING THE FRONT AXLE BRAKE CIRCUIT (BRAKE HIGH) .
• Refer to DISCONNECTING THE BLEEDER UNIT FOR THE BRAKE FLUID .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON THE REAR LEFT .
