When replacing the module bracket on the front door: Remount components

Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE MIRROR TRIANGLE COVER . .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE EXTERIOR MIRROR ON THE FRONT DOOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE WINDOW CHANNEL STRIP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE MODULE BRACKET FROM THE FRONT DOOR .
Removing airbag sensor from the front door
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock the latch mechanism (2).
- Turn and remove airbag sensor (3) in the arrow direction.
Removing flat motor for the front power windows
- Release wiring harness with the detents (1).
- Lift the sound insulation (2) in the area of the flat motor.
- Unlock plug connection (3) and disconnect.
- Feed out and remove the sound insulation (1) at the openings (2).
- Undo screws (1) and remove the flat motor (2).
Remove the mid-range speaker from the front door
- Disconnect plug connection (1).
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the mid-range speaker (3).
- Replace the module bracket on the front door.

Installing airbag sensor in the front door
- Correctly position the airbag sensor (3) and turn it in the direction of the arrow until the detent (2) engages.
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
Installing flat motor for front power windows
- Correctly position the flat motor (1) and tighten screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Insert the sound insulation (1) at the openings (2).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Clip in the wiring harness with the detents (2).
- Mount sound insulation (3).
Installing the mid-range speaker in the front door
- Position the mid-range speaker (3).
- Tighten screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Connect plug (1).
