Install catalytic converter

Replace seal (1) on catalytic converter.
Parts: Gasket

Replace the V-clip (1).
Parts: V-band clamp

Feed in and install catalytic converter (3).
Feed in and install the new V-ribbon clip (2).
Hand-tighten the bolt (1).

Insert and install the holder (4).
Tighten down screws (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Holder, catalytic conv. to transmission
M12x100	Tightening torque	66 Nm

Replace nut (1).
Parts: Nut
Tighten nut (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter/Gasoline particulate filter to holder
M8x20/M8 nut Replace screw/nut.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Replace the screw (2).
Parts: Screw.
Tighten down screw (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter/Gasoline particulate filter to holder
M8x20/M8 nut Replace screw/nut.	Tightening torque	19 Nm

Feed in the positive battery cable (1) and attach to clamps (2).

Tighten the screw (1) on the V-ribbon clip.

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Catalytic converter/gasoline particulate filter to exhaust turbocharger
V-band clamp Replace V-band clamp.	Tightening torque	13 Nm

If installed: Installing differential pressure sensor

Installing differential pressure sensor

Feed in and install the differential pressure sensor (4).
Tighten nut (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Differential pressure sensor to holder
hexagon nut M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Replace pressure hose (2)
Parts: Pressure hose
Push the pressure hose (2) onto the differential pressure sensor (4) in the arrow direction all the way to the stop.
Connect and lock the connector (1).
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
