Installing the seat cover for the front seat

• Place the seat cover (2) on the cushion.
• Secure all trim wires (1) with the clamps.

• Replace clamps (2).

  Parts:  Clamps

• Insert clamps (2) using special tool  0 492 668 (52 0 050) 
• Clasp the trim wire (3) of the cushion (1) and the trim wire (4) of the upholstery material with clamps (2).
• Carefully bend the clamp (2) shut.

• Position the trim wire in the tacking channel (1).
• Position the rubber band (2).

• The clamps are to be placed in the order (1) to (4) as described in the following step.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  During the installation of the insert duct, the wires of the seat heating and supply line must not be damaged by the clamps.
• Replace clamps (2).
