Precondition
- Convertible top is open.
Convertible top flap is in open position.
Wind deflector is removed.
Rear seat backrest is folded.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE INNER DOOR SILL COVER STRIP ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE WINDOW CHANNEL STRIP AT REAR OUTER LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING REAR SEAT BENCH .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SEAT BELT FINISHER STRIP AT THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING SIDE TRIM PANEL, REAR LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR HEAD RESTRAINT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TOP PARTITION PANEL TRIM PANEL .
- Loosen the expanding rivet (2) .
- Remove the panel of the luggage compartment partition wall (1) .
