Installing the excitation cable
- Feed in the excitation cable (1)
in the arrow direction.
- Position the excitation cable (3) as depicted.
- Mount the line clip (2) on the excitation cable (3) .
- Tighten nut (1) .

- Position the Y-line (2) as shown.
- Mount the wiring harness mounting (1) .
Installing the busbar
- Install the busbar (3) .

Installing the lid of the brush module

- Remove any fine sealing residue on sealing surface (1) using extractor 0 495 102 (11 4 470) .
- Clean the sealing surface (1) with brake cleaner.

- Apply sealing bead (1) with the sealing compound in the marked area.

- Screw in the centering pins.
- Mount lid (1) .
- Turn the screws (arrows) until hand-tight.
