Installing fuel delivery line

• Light press the holder for the differential pressure sensors (1) in the direction of arrow.
• Insert and install the fuel feed line (2).

• Insert the fuel feed line (4) in the clamp (5) and position it.
• Hand-tighten the union nut (3).
• Hand-tighten the union nut (2).
• Tighten the union nut (3).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Fuel delivery line to high pressure pump
  Coupling nut	tightening torque	33 Nm

• Tighten the union nut (2).

  Coupling nut	tightening torque	33 Nm

• Insert the fuel feed line in the snap fastener (2) and lock it,

  The fuel supply line must be audibly engage in the snap fastener (2).

• Secure clamps (1).
• Connect connectors (3) and lock.

  The connector (3) must engage audibly.

• Tighten down screw (4).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Fuel line to cylinder head cover
  6x18	tightening torque	7 Nm

• Refer to CONNECTING NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE OF THE SYSTEM BATTERY .
