Remove rear mid-range speaker
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE STORAGE NET .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM PANEL FOR THE TOP ROLLOVER PROTECTION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SEAT BELT FINISHER STRIP AT THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM PANEL FOR THE REAR LEFT AND RIGHT BODY PILLAR .
- Refer to REMOVING SIDE TRIM PANEL, REAR LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR CENTER CONSOLE TRIM .
- Refer to RELEASING THE INNER PANEL FOR THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT PARTITION WALL .
- For equipment with Harman Kardon speaker system:
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the mid-range speaker (2) from the speaker holder (3).
- For equipment with HiFi speaker system:
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the speaker holder (2).
- Remove all plug connections and unclip the cable bracket.
- For equipment with HiFi speaker system:
- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the speaker (2) from the support (3).
