Replace bottom rear wishbone
NOTE:
A wheel alignment must be performed after installation. Refer to CARRY OUT KINEMATICS DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WHEEL ALIGNMENT WITH VEHICLE LOAD UP TO DESIGN POSITION
or KINEMATICS DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WHEEL ALIGNMENT WITH RIDE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITHOUT LOADING THE VEHICLE

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove REAR WHEEL .
Removal:
Loosen screw (1).
Mark the position of the eccentric adjustment washer relative to the wheel carrier to simplify the subsequent adjustment of the rear axle.
Unscrew nut (3).
Remove the eccentric washer.
Unscrew bolt (4).
Remove wishbone (2).
Installation:
Position the wishbone (1) on the wheel carrier.
Insert the screw (2) from the top.
Connect the eccentric washer from the bottom.
Part : Replace nut (3).
Screw on the nut (3).
- Do not yet tighten nut (3).
NOTE:
In order to apply the screw connection on the wheel carrier with a torque wrench after the wheel alignment and the adjustment procedure of the lane, it is necessary to reverse the direction of the screw (2) insertion.
Press the wheel carrier outwards and simultaneously position the wishbone (1) on the rear axle support.
Part : Replace screw (1).
Tighten screw (1).
Tightening torque 33 32 3AZ .
Turn the eccentric bolt to the mark and fasten the nut (2).
Tightening torque 33 32 4AZ .
Required follow-up work:
- Install REAR WHEEL .
- Carry out wheel alignment procedure. Refer to CARRY OUT KINEMATICS DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WHEEL ALIGNMENT WITH VEHICLE LOAD UP TO DESIGN POSITION or KINEMATICS DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM WHEEL ALIGNMENT WITH RIDE HEIGHT MEASUREMENT WITHOUT LOADING THE VEHICLE .
