Removing and installing/replacing adapter for CFRP bucket seat (GTS only)

Necessary preliminary work:

Removal:

Loosen screw (1).

Remove lower strap (2) and place to one side.

NOTE: Replace screw (1) after each dismantling.

Undo nuts and bolts (1).

Remove adapter (2).

NOTE: Replace screws and nuts (1) after each dismantling.

Installation:

Position adapter (1) on Cardan tunnel side on the seat rails (2).

Position screws and nuts (1) as follows:

M8 front screws

M10 Rear screws

Screw connection on Cardan tunnel side: 2x from inside

Screw connection on door side, 2x from outside

Tighten down screws (1).

Tightening torque 52 10 6AZ .

Position lower strap (2) and tighten bolt (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 05AZ .
