Preliminary work

Follow-up work
- Assemble the cylinder head. Refer To INSTALLING ALL VALVES .
- Disassemble cylinder head from the special tool (turbocharger removed)
- Refer to INSTALLING THE TRIM STRIP FOR THE EXHAUST TURBOCHARGER
