51 41... Removing and refitting/replacing power window switch trim

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove front DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Release screws (1).

Unclip power window switch trim (2) from clamps (3) in direction of arrow.

Installation note: 

Clips (1) must not be missing or damaged.

Replacement: 

Swap over power window switch (2). See REMOVING POWER WINDOW SWITCH (DRIVER'S SIDE) or REMOVING POWER WINDOW SWITCH (FRONT PASSENGER SIDE) .

Swap over BOOT/TAILGATE RELEASE SWITCH (3) .
