Installing the knock sensor at cylinders 1 to 2

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When installing the knock sensors, the tightening torque must be observed.
Non-compliance with the tightening torque can lead to malfunction.

- Clean the contact surface of the knock sensor on the cylinder head.
- Insert and install the knock sensor (3).
- Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Knock sensor to crankcase M8x30 tightening torque 215 Nm - Connect and lock the connector (1).
- Make sure the connector (1) engages audibly.
