Preliminary work
- Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS
- Refer to REMOVING THE ACOUSTIC COVER
- Remove the cover in the left engine compartment
- Remove the right cover in the engine compartment
- Refer to REMOVING TRAILING LINK AT SPRING STRUT DOME
- Remove the sound insulation on the bulkhead upper part at the center
- Refer to REMOVING ACOUSTIC COVER AT REAR
- Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION
- Refer to DRAINING THE COOLANT FROM THE LOW-TEMPERATURE COOLING SYSTEM
- Refer to UNINSTALLING COVER FOR THE DME CONTROL UNIT
- Refer to REMOVING THE INTEGRATED POWER SUPPLY MODULE (PDM)
- Refer to DISCONNECTING THE CONNECTOR FROM THE DME CONTROL UNIT AND FROM THE POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE (PDM)
- Refer to REMOVING THE DME CONTROL UNIT
- Refer to REMOVING THE HOLDER FOR THE DIGITAL MOTOR ELECTRONICS-CONTROL UNIT
- Unlock and disconnect connector (1). Loosen screws (2). Remove charge air line from throttle body and place to one side.
- Refer to REMOVING TANK VENT VALVE
Follow-up work
- Refer to INSTALLING THE TANK VENT VALVE
- Fasten charge air line to the throttle body
- Refer to INSTALLING THE HOLDER FOR THE DIGITAL MOTOR ELECTRONICS-CONTROL UNIT
- Refer to INSTALLING THE DME CONTROL UNIT
- Refer to INSTALLING THE INTEGRATED POWER SUPPLY MODULE (PDM)
- Refer to CONNECTING THE CONNECTOR TO THE DME CONTROL UNIT AND THE POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX (PDM)
- Install cover for the DME control unit
- Refer to CONNECTING THE COOLANT HOSE TO THE RADIATOR OF THE LOW-TEMPERATURE COOLANT CIRCUIT
- Refer to FILLING THE LOW-TEMPERATURE COOLING SYSTEM WITH THE VACUUM FILLER DEVICE
- Refer to INSTALLING ACOUSTIC COVER AT REAR
- Install the sound insulation on the bulkhead upper part at the center
- Install tension strut on spring strut dome. Jointing torque: 56 Nm, angle of rotation: 90° NOTE: Replace screws.

- Install the cover in the engine compartment on the right
- Install the cover in the engine compartment on the left
- Refer to CONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS
