67 32 600 Replacing fans for seat surface on front seat

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Partially remove seat cover for driver's or front passenger seat . See 52 17 402 REPLACING SEAT COVER FOR DRIVER'S SEAT (COMFORT) or 52 17 403 REPLACING SEAT COVER FOR PASSENGER SEAT (COMFORT) (FROM 09/09)
ECE version:
If necessary, remove SENSOR MAT (SEAT OCCUPANCY MAT)
US version:
If applicable, remove the Sensor mat (OC3-mat) or. SENSOR MAT (CIS MAT)

Unfasten plug connection.

Installation note:

Make sure fans have correct cable routing.

NOTE: For purposes of clarity, picture shows seat cushion and seat cover removed.

Raise separating net (1).

Pull faulty fans (2) out of seat cushion slightly and disconnect plug connections behind.
