- Remove bumper support (51 11 050 )
- Remove headlight (63 12 010 or 63 12 010 From 07/13)
- Remove radiator (17 11 000 )
- Remove air conditioning capacitor (64 53... )
- Remove and install charge air cooler (17 51 000 )
- Remove hydraulic steering cooling loop
- Remove intake silencer housing
- Remove coolant expansion tank (17 11 100 )
- Remove wheel arch cover (front section) (51 71 038 )
- Remove wheel arch cover (rear section) (51 71 039 )
- Front axle complete with engine and transmission (FRONT AXLE SUSPENSION )
- Remove engine compartment lid seal mounting (51 76 035 ).
- Remove engine compartment lid (41 61 000 )
- Remove engine compartment lid hinge on right
- Remove right side wall
- Remove top right wishbone (31 12 003 )
- Remove right suspension cross-brace (51 71 346 )
- Remove bulkhead sound insulation
- Remove fan housing for heating and air-conditioning unit (64 11 545 )
- Remove air conditioning refrigerant lines.
- Release right wiring harness
- Partially release/remove thermal protection
