17 11 100 Removing And Installing/Replacing Coolant Expansion Tank (N55 hybrid)

The following points must be strictly observed prior to starting work:

- Observe SAFETY INFORMATION for handling hybrid cars.
Necessary preliminary work:
- FOLLOW instructions for repair work on the cooling system.
- Disconnect coolant hoses from expansion tank for coolant.
- Release E-machine electronics COOLANT EXPANSION TANK and set aside.
Release screw (1).
Tightening torque: 17 10 3AZ .
Release and disconnect coolant hoses (2).
Raise expansion tank (3).
Unlock connector (1) on coolant level switch and disconnect.
Remove expansion tank (2).
Assemble engine.
Top up COOLANT .
Check cooling system for LEAK TIGHTNESS .
