63 31 180 Replacing LED (optical fiber) for front door trim panel lighting (left or right)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove FRONT LEFT DOOR TRIM PANEL

Pull LED module (1) out of bracket (2).
Carefully pull LED module (1) from optical fiber (2).

Installation:

LED module (1) must lock into position (light distribution).

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty UPPER OPTICAL FIBERS .

If necessary, replace faulty STORAGE COMPARTMENT OPTICAL FIBERS .
