51 37 000 Removing and installing/replacing complete rear left or right power window regulator

Special tools required: 

• 51 3 300
• 51 0 400

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove rear SIDE WINDOW GLASS 

Version with roller sunblind: 

• Remove roller sunblind

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Pull window guide out of window regulator.

Tightening torque 51 35 3AZ .

Loosen nut (2) with special tool 51 0 400 .

Tightening torque 51 35 6AZ .

Open front door and remove dummy plug on rear door.

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Tightening torque 51 35 4AZ .

Open rear door and remove dummy plug.

Loosen nut (1) with special tool 51 3 300 .

Tightening torque 51 35 4AZ .

Slacken nut (1).

Tightening torque 51 35 7AZ .

Release screws (3).

Tightening torque 51 35 8AZ .

Release screw (2).

Tightening torque 51 35 9AZ .

Feed out power window regulator (4).

Concluding tasks 

• Pat attention to INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING INITIALIZATION OF THE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR

Replacement 

Remove FLAT MOTOR for power window regulator.
